What are you supposed to do if you need to drive somewhere? What are you supposed to do if you live there? I've parked in the DTES many times when getting pizza and never "expect" my wheels to get jacked.

sorry i was not clear in my original post. i used to see this truck a lot because it was on the way to work and he had billet wheels on it without wheel locks. i thought it was only a matter of time before something got jacked for parking regularly in one of the worst parts of town. something that nice shouldn't be parked on the street every night.

i passed by it again today... and it's still sitting like that.

yeah i wasn't clear. the owner lives there. i used to see it all the time when i passed it on the way to work.
