too bad about the eating contest
i was SO STROKED about it then realized I have a important class during that time :okay:

JayEch 02-06-2012 03:40 PM

question for the dinning pass. Do i have to purchase it from outside the restaurant? Like a ticket kinda thing. Or do i just go into any ebisu and ask for the combo.

For the flair pass, it says recommended for dinner. Can we not use it whenever?

Obsideon 02-25-2012 11:13 PM

This Flair Package is different from the Cheers Ebisu, it is only valid for dinner, more romantic that way ;)

TOS'd 02-25-2012 11:49 PM

Sounds good, thanks.

To confirm, since Happy Hour is during dinner hours, vouchers can be used then, right?

Obsideon 02-26-2012 02:07 PM

Yes Happy Hour will work too! :fuckyea:

Cereal Killer 02-26-2012 06:19 PM

i split this with my buddy and it was preety awkward when the dessert came lol

Came for happy hour, loved the honey garlic wings, I don't remember them being so good haha. The jalapeno shrimp and the fries that came with it were good too.

One actual complaint though, nachos were a decent portion but the tiny glass ramekins you guys use for the dips clearly weren't meant for such a large serving of nachos, and the fact that you charge for more dip is upsetting ($1 for another tiny ramekin? :fuckthatshit:) We weren't hungry so we just ditched half the plate of nachos but it doesn't change the fact that you guys are quite greedy with the dip.

ShadowBun 02-27-2012 09:36 PM

Thanks for coming by again. Glad you liked the wings and shrimp!

About the nachos though, at Happy Hour we aggressively priced them at $8.50 for the monstrous platter plus cheese and beef with dipping sauces. I haven't ordered nachos at other restaurants in quite a while now but if memory serves me correctly most places charge roughly $12-16? We already provide 3 different kinds with tomato salsa, guacamole and sour cream when most places serve 2 dips. I'll be honest to the folks on Revscene, the dips aren't cheap, it's probably more expensive then the actual nachos themselves lol ... so our solution would be to either raise the price (Foundation on Main street charges approximately $20 for all the toppings and sauces) or cut down the amount of chips so that you can effectively scoop up all the saucey goodness with minimal leftover ... OR keep the current setup and request that there be a small charge for re-fills of the sauces. (btw it's $2 if you want to refill all 3 again so essentially it's around 10 bucks for SIX sauces and the fully-loaded nachos ;) ) ...
I'm not saying it's you and friends in particularly that's using a lot of dip lol but I find that most people are ok to finish the platter with the dip provided, myself included haha

Thanks for the feedback it's always greatly appreciated!
