I know this thread is for the Robson location but this offer for Ebisu BROADWAY is just TOO GOOD not to share!
Unbelievable deals! $12.95 for a whole platter of assorted fresh sashimi?!
$8.50 Pitchers of beer & $15 for 8 shots?! OMG! MINDBLASTED!

:joy:

Obsideon 10-24-2012 12:04 AM

Yes everyday starting next week until Christmas so don't miss out :D

Verdasco 10-24-2012 01:03 AM

hmm so its for both 5-6pm and 9-closing i see... 1 dollar miyagi... :sweetjesus:

corollagtSr5 10-24-2012 03:03 AM

That time frame that says 5-6 and 9 to closing, does that apply to everything thats on that menu? The half price pitchers im hoping is all day everday lol

shawnly1000 10-24-2012 07:49 AM

+1 Will the Sapporo pitcher deal be all day?

That corner of Broadway/Cambie and Broadway/Ash is now full of places to drink/eat. Milestone's, Original Joe's, Rogue, Cactus as well as Ebisu.

TRDood 10-24-2012 08:21 AM

When does the Bway location usually close? I have never been there for dinner.

Obsideon 10-24-2012 07:52 PM

The Happy Hour (Early Bird & Late Night) applies only towards the FOOD specials... but for all the alcohol deals it runs ALL DAY EVERY DAMN DAY! :fuckyea:

Business Hours
Lunch: 11:30am - 2:30pm Mon - Fri
(Closed Sat & Sun)
Dinner: 5:00pm - 10:00pm Sun - Thurs
5:00pm - 11:00pm Fri - Sat

jlo mein 10-24-2012 08:34 PM

Booo this deal needs to be on RIGHT NOW....lol.

I imagine many future nights beginning next week I will end up on Broadway rather than Robson...

Also seems kind of odd to run food specials at 9pm when it closes 10pm on sun-thurs...

That's the point lol get drunk off the Drink Specials and even cabbing will be closer to home, NO BRIDGES :ifyouknow:

The hours may be extended depending how our successful this campaign is!

RacingMetro92 10-25-2012 07:39 PM

So...will this special be able to start saturday? If it's next week cool, but I got a bunch of people hankerin' for some GOOD (and I commend you for bringing in IMPORTED Sapporo :fullofwin:) beer and good food!

TRDood 10-25-2012 09:33 PM

The Sapporo is imported? I thought they are made in Canada now? A lot of white pubs are serving Sapporo.

I think imported tastes a lot different than the one licensed to Canadian breweries. I was at Ebisu a while ago, and a week before I went I had some from any liquor store, the one in the restaurant was a lot better in terms of taste.

Obsideon 10-25-2012 10:40 PM

It really depends, the only real imported beer that I know of is the Asahi Big Boys, ALL the other beer is brewed elsewhere. Check the bottles next time you have one, it will probably say "Product of USA" or "Product of China" ... or "Brewed in Quebec" but most of them will say "Under the supervision of Sapporo/Asahi/Kirin Breweries in Tokyo, Japan" which is pretty much BS lol ... they basically brew it in some random city in China but they have ONE guy sent in from Japan to sit at the brewery so now all of a sudden it's authentic Japanese beer ... :fuckthatshit:
I think most beer tastes better on tap then in bottles. Especially Guinness and Japanese beer. Especially since Ebisu washes and maintains their draft lines so it's in perfect condition all the time, clean, clear, crisp... beer :sweetjesus:

NotDatGai 10-25-2012 11:18 PM

been there once... gotta say...love the alcohol deals :megusta:

Which day does it start? Sunday? Monday? Friday? I'm going as soon as this thing comes out lol....

Obsideon 10-28-2012 12:33 PM

Sorry guys I should have clarified.
The campaign will officially launch NOVEMBER 1st! That's Thursday fellas! It will run until December 15th! (might be extended depending on how popular it is)

Purely 11-03-2012 11:15 PM

Went tonight, and everything was pretty good  Only complaint is that they ran out of Sapporo near end of closing.

jlo mein 11-06-2012 08:44 AM

Went on Saturday night, first time at the Broadway location. I have to say it has a surprisingly different atmosphere than Robson. The staff are much older but polite and it seemed more family dinner oriented than drinking.

Can't complain about the $8.50 pitchers though. After we had a pitcher/person they told us they ran out and I thought it was because they wanted our loud asses to leave, but from the post above it seems like they actually do run out.

Going to be back many times...

beetea 11-06-2012 12:25 PM

was there last night and it was good.

they ran out of the sapporo on tap so they gave us 2 big boys for 8.50.

awesome service, awesome food, awesome times. will be back!!!
