man they keep delaying r6 vegas on the ps3...there's no bloody games to play on the ps3 till Sept essentially when all the backlogged releases are supposed to come out.

r6 vegas is being pushed back to June 28 now. This has got to me the 7th time the pushed this game back.
It was supposed to be a launch title, then dec, then jan, then mar, then apr, the may, then june 14, now june 28

anyone planning to get the new Intec's 5 fan intercooler from fs/bb?
i realize after watching a movie or long time of gaming...the ps3 gets fairly hot...
not as hot as stock 360 without intercooler..but fairly close

i dunno my ps3 never really gets that hot even after watching movie... it's no where close compared to the nintendo wii... the wii gets really hot when playing and really warm when on standby with the stupid wiiconnect24 on ~

I have the cooling fan and it sucks. it says "super quiet" but one of the fans must have a fucked up bearing as it is REALLY loud. Yes, the PS3 gets hot but I wouldn't be too worried about it.

wat!!! the wii is super cold~~
when its on standby yes it gets a bit warm,...but even long hours of playing (one day i forgot to turn it off ran like 13hrs) felt it still decent temperature~~~
for the ps3~
which cooling fan u have from Intec??
the $29.99 with two fans that mounts on the front? ya that one is FUCKING loud and i returned it afterwards~~
now just couple days ago they came out with a new one, 5 fans that mounts on the back with a separate adapatar along that supplies the power to it.~
actually i think one day i was playing ps3 for like 6hrs straight than my game kinda froze up..had to reset, dont know if it has to do anything with the heat..but im guessing..yes

Ninja Gaiden is gonna be out in couple more days! who else is excited about this game??
Now recently i have experienced twice already..playing NBA 2k7 during the game all of a sudden i lost SOUND..like absolutely nth, later on it kinda freeze up when im tryin to quit.
Now im worried, is this the console's problem? or software from the game?
Anyone ever experienced similar thing having their PS3 freeze up on them??  | |

| judging from your post, u seem to not be aware of Ninja Gaiden that came out for xbox couple of years back
just beware that the game was made for pure hardcore gamers....... and i do mean hardcore gamers, the difficulty in this game is top notch.... and no, there is no option for you to set the difficulty..
i played the game back in '04 and i gave up on it, well not because im not a gamer or nethin else, but the difficulty on this game is just insane... one particular boss alone got me through 15 tries the most..
and to top it off, u'll get turned off by the ending.. lol

I remember about 2-3 years ago there was a ninja game on XBOX and i saw my friend playing, it looked good and everything...except he said its FUCKING HARD!
Is this the same game that xbox had? becuz rit now Xbox 360 has another Ninja game ..so i thought it was that
NInja gaiden is completly different game? no?

yup, Ninja Gaiden Sigma for ps3 is a port from the Xbox game but with wayyy better visuals..
the 360 hasnt had a Ninja Gaiden game, not unless ur referring to the Xbox Live Arcade version or should i say the original version that came out in the early 90s..

NGS for the PS3 is exactly the same as Ninja Gaiden Black for Xbox, with additional story line for Rachel. I've got the original NG, and I love that game. I'm totally getting NGS when it comes out.
