does anyone know whats the best way to record game footage through your ps3? I heard about capture cards but is there any other ways?? And no, I don't want to record it through a camera. Let me know.

Am I able to hook up the PS3 to my Sony DAV-HDX466? http://www.sonystyle.ca/commerce/ser...h=n45940n33247
I know the PS3 uses optical, but I don't believe the DAVHDX466 has it.
If it is possible, which cables would I need?
I think I found the answer: not possible.

Can somone give me a quick rundown on streaming media to my PS3?
my computer is quite far away, as well as my wireless router, but my PS3 is hardwired into my LAN, what program or what do i need to do to setup my computer so i can stream stuff through?
if i have to use wireless i think i might be SOL because my stupid routers wireless signal is really sketchy and drops alot, so bad that all my computers are now hard wired.

Word of warning. It's best to have your desktop and ps3 hardwired for streaming. buffering (especially large folders and large files) takes time and bandwidth, and using either the 54g on your ps3 or desktop would greatly reduce speed and performance. personally i only stream small files like audio now, since streaming my video files took forever (since i turn off my computer every night, and the software has to "refresh" at startup).

for some odd reason.. im also interested and want to check out Home now..
ill probably b bored with it after 30 mins like some ppl i know who got in the beta....
Home will have its full potential when E3 comes next year.. live feed of presentations..and exclusive videos of new games coming out.. on virtual E3 setting.. haha
