X-Men Apocalypse

Did we really need a whole movie as a reminder of why Bryan Singer should never be allowed to handle the X-Men again? He just doesn't understand the characters, the world they live in, their relationships, heck even their powers or what makes each character stand out in the comics.

Cloverfield Lane 8/10 solid thriller

Finally got around to watching Blackfish on Netflix.

9/10

It's obviously quite biased but the first hand interviews with former SeaWorld and Sealand trainers are eye opening. I grew up in that generation where SeaWorld was one of the greatest theme parks and Shamu/orcas appealed to everyone. Hearing about the behind the scenes workings, and the life of Tilikum is saddening.

Not a movie but I just finished watch the Root's remake 4 part mini series and I give it 10/10

Fantastic acting and an incredible story, I never saw the original but really want to watch it now after seeing this one.

Eddie the eagle 8/10 - Typical sports movie, loved it.

coming from a big fan of x-men movies, and the score is only that high because they kept wolverine scenes minimal

honger movie: Good take 6/10 It's 5 directors coming together, short story clips with decent actors but man what a shit movie. script was OK at best and lucky the actors were B line actors.

Robbery. 7/10, the script was unique as it's a robbery happening within a 7-11, but that was the only reason it was ok. The female cast of J-Arie should not be acting; she's purely a singer, she can't act for shit.

Bo Burnham: Make Happy - 7/10

Some parts made me exhale out of my nose but other than that it wasn't as funny as I expected. I like how he incorporates his music into his act.

decent story, some of the moments were like, DUDE, just doooo it.
overall, it's legit and could've been better but can't relaly pin point how, so 8/10.

Central Intelligence 2/10, Few friends dragged me along, what a waste of money. Was considering leaving part way through as it was difficult to even watch.
