think i will be buying a 3rd gen soon too.. jsut gotta wait for what icbc has to say.. I am gonna aim for 13,000 or 15,000, due to the fact that I could tno build another car like it for 13,000 but thats close to what cars are selling for that even come close to what I had. The engine only had 5K on it and i ahve recipts for that so time will tell..

My brother took my car there at 1:00 today to get straight pipe off mani to mufflers.

We got it back at 5 with absolutely nothing at all done !

The first time i went there they quoted me 70 for my mufflers to get installed and ended up being 170 and took them 6 hours !

Ne suggestions on where to go ? i was thinking bronson or mill bay mufflers

to weld on muffler cost like not even hours wage

but if you got all of it done as in piping ect that is about the price you have to pay


i have bean going to midas for a long weil now and have sujested them to every one i know one has bean ripped off form there at all


my exhuast system is all 3 inc cut mandlte wiht custom elbow


down pipe was about 200 with 3 inc trubo elbow and flange

dp back was 150

this is all cutmandle bends as well will not rust at all


soooo this is the ned of suject really ps my exhuast is work of art tooo

yah, i havent done business with ash midas in colwood myself, but heard lots of good things..

hes made a few custom MK3 catbacks now.. all very nice, and cheap!

I'd take it to Sidney Tire in Parksville. I can't vouch for the one in Nanaimo, but the Parksville one did a great job on my straight pipe.
