Is says in your post you have a intake???Then why do you need a filter and adapter.S4 NA intakes are adapter and filter setups.S5 NA's you can get the pipe and adapter and filter for tho.Don't ask me how I know about the S5 intake.Lets just say it works great on my GF's 1992 Ford Tempo. :D

youll need to find someplace that makes the adapters. they are hard to find.. HKS has one you can order..

Not too hard to find just a pain to get in canada.I've sold two off on here and have another HKS style filter and adapter on the way.:D

The MR2's arent bad for gas milage. The turbo ones are a little high, but not as bad as an FD. Any way you cut it, more boost needs more fuel, and that mean bad gas milage.

FD's are the worst mileage cars on the planet. Just get a fairly stock one....should be alot better that your old one that got what? 7 mpg? Regular Driving should net you 15-18 mpg.
