A 20B FB is a super tight fit tho.Look at this all motor setup with a carb and see how tight it is.Let alone the heat a huge turbo will produce that close to the car. It'll leave me no real work room in the bay.I already know what to do for the mounts and driveline setup. The fuel system will get costly tho.SS lines and huge pump aren't cheap. |

All this talk about 20b rotary, what the hell??? Are any one of you going to step up, all of you think you know the cost but have you ever done one! I didn't think so. PROGRESSIVE is a true rotary performance shop. I take my 3rd gen RX there all the time with complete confidence, and apparently so do other people. If you want a straight answer and want to deal with someone who knows what the hell they are talking about as oppossed to someone talking out their ass? PROGRESSIVE is the place to go. Go see for your self. I rest my case?. Care to differ????
| Alright take it easy bud, we're just chatting, that's what you do here. Is there anything wrong with throwing ideas around?
I take my car to Progressive, so have several other people on this board.

If you are doing a 20B upgrade good on ya! I can not wait to see the finished product. | I trust progressive too. I always took my 94 RX-7 to Troy or Tyler.
Anyways, AutoProject TA(used to be PK Motorsports) is making really fast 3rd gen RX-7 too.
Tetsuro is making that 3rd gen and I am pretty sure its gonna be really fast. He is a person who made supercharged NSX killer 2nd gen and 800HP 300ZX etc...
He is going to street(bridge?) port his 3rd gen for sure and I think he is getting T88 or T51R turbo...I'm not sure though...All I heared is its gonna be fast. I didn't ask much specific detals.

The thing that gets me worried about a 20B FB is the clearence between the turbo and the body and hood. It'll super tight with some big heat shields to keep from frying paint. If a T04R will fit in it. I'll be signing a deal with the devil to build a extreme FB thats for sure I hope I can find one here for cheap with a nice body.

Any plans for a meet in the near future guys?
Sorry I haven't been around, been pretty busy lately and haven't had the cash to dump into my car.
Just got a raise... so hopefully I'll get that RB header I've been waiting to order soon.

I've got $6700 in mine but my parts are worth way more than that. It's nothing that special but I buy everything in cash so I owe nothing on it.I'll have 8000 in it after suspension and guages. Can't wait to get some guages for the A-pillar. |

BCTY, I think we did meet one night. If you are with the Nanaimo club. A while back a bunch of you met in the Wal-Mart parking lot. I came along for the ride. Our ride was cut short when we drove past Monty’s and I stopped in for a beer..... I'll post some shots of the car when I get home tonight.
P.S. If I were to tally up all the receipts I'm sure it would be more then 20g but who's keeping track???? I should have bought an SUV.... lol

| 10seconds? McLaren F1 does approx 11.6 to 11.3 seconds...
10seconds or less is way faster than a $1,000,000 car...

Wow, I thought the Mclaren was faster off the line than that....maybe it's a highway queen.
It doesn't take a million $ to run 10's in the 1/4 mile. I know 2 first gen's that are daily drivers that run 10's. I think I have link's to the vids somewhere.... 10.32@133Mph and I know there's a few street legals running a bit lower than that.
