Rogers you start a new 3 year term. It's normal for Fido. Fido it extends your existing contract so it starts when your current contract ends.

If you were going to renew you might as well have taken the iphone 4, selling one is easy as fuck and there would be an easy $500 in your pocket at least so free year of phone service practically.

And knowing fido the iphone is probably the most desirable thing that you can get for fido dollars up to this day and for years to come lol

I transfered my account over to my dads name so i can use his fido dollars when i HUP, so i called fido and asked for that and waited for confirmation. Then i called on behalf of my dad and approved it and i called retention since the 6gb plan ends tomorrow. The csr was really nice and set a request for me so that i could be an exception and be able to get that when i hup which is jan 5th (earliest)

I wanted to jump the gun and resign away but whatever, not in a rush. So I kinda failed and kinda succeeded. Pretty sure you guys know this but I asked the CSR and the word is that the white iPhone is rumored to come in December. I also asked about the price but he wasn't sure about that.

just FYI guys, theres only 32GB in stock right now.

as of 7:30 PM, fido has both 16 and 32gb's in stock

also theres a new retentions plan, $35 for unlimited local calling (so like the old city fido), including 2500 sms, CID and VM (no data)
