i can't believe its $2,500 usd... it makes it wayyyyy more consumer. :( but man 15min with FULL AF!!.. while the d90 has 5min MF only :D

before i was a hater of it cause nikons was full MF... but with full AF.... i can now make snowboard and biking videos along with taking pics with my fisheye and my 70-200 without having to carry an Hd camera with seperate lenses and add ons

That's what I said at first, but now that I think about it, with my 500mm Sigma I could get some really cool videos from far away, and think about all the neat videos you could get with the macro lens, or fisheye, etc...

Definately worth the money, definately getting one... *droooool*

That's what I said at first, but now that I think about it, with my 500mm Sigma I could get some really cool videos from far away, and think about all the neat videos you could get with the macro lens, or fisheye, etc...

Oh Snap! HD video! This is going to be a huge deal for photo/video guys. Just the fact that you will have so much more control over consumer (or even pro) camcorders with the large selection of lenses would be a huge plus for me.

I have never been this excited about any new camera product. I want this body.

How much was the Canon 5D when it first came out? Is this one much cheaper since you guys are saying budget?

Even right now 5D is $2300 new so for extra 4 bills you get 21MP plus HD recording. That's a steal!
