yeah for snow.. wierd how there is like almost no snow on broadway and a shitload of the streets once i went up to kingsway and victoria
god i hate people driving so slow on the outter most lane... even a semi truck went faster
the guy even had his high beams on and moving at 40km/h

everyone's driving at 10km/h Kingsway from Joyce to Royal Oak..enjoy!
Joyce to Metrotown westbound was barely moving..then willingdon to royal oak the eastbound started crawling too.
