That weatheroffice forecast is bs.

I've actually found the CBC's website to be most accurate.

"too low for this much snow" sounds like good bumper sticker or license plate frame idea

But really, you are WAY too low to be driving right now in the snow
How are you gonna clean your wheel wells?

Probably with his tire tread hahaha

That's pretty low. Kudos to braving the snow in that!

That's literally right across the road from me. I was wondering who took out that lamp post. They must have been sliding down the hill and couldn't stop. The hills on that section are pretty steep. I'm surprised I didn't hear that going down since my bedroom is literally 50ft away from that post.

Was driving around yesterday and must have saw half a dozen cars stuck on 27th Ave (in between Victoria and Nanimo). Every single one of them were trying to turn into side streets and got stuck. I must admit, a good set of snow tires do help. I haven't gotten stuck yet in my TSX with a set of Blizzaks.

Hopefully it doesn’t snow like this during the Olympics or it'll be complete chaos.

Trucks, FTL....... on the way to Surrey via Hwy 1, I saw three trucks on the side of the road in the ditch. One was completely on its roof with the tonneau cover hanging on a single hinge. The other one had taken out one of those huge-ass, green signs and lay about two city blocks down the incline and smashed up against a wire fence. Another one was being towed out. All three had "4x4" proudly displayed on the side of the bed. LOL. These guys with their Chevy trucks must think they're invincible. I drive a 4x4, but it's a Honda truck. Michelin LTX M/S, FTW!

haha...the white TL? I saw the dude too. Watched him spin his wheels a bit in the back lane. That was sometime in the afternoon (around 2 or 3?) He finally dug himself out and was able to get through. I haven't gotten stuck yet. Which house are you in? I'm in the one with the 10 ft high trees around the front.
