You're going to get fucked bro. Rajwani is fucking nuts. His class average last term was 57% after scaling bro (don't even think he scaled). That's why several of my classmates and I are taking it again with someone else in the Summer (condensed may-june semester so you get grades submitted in time if you want to transfer). You should do yourself a favour and do the same man fucking brutal class. I've never had a worse prof than him. I don't think I'll get into the major now cause my GPA plummeted cause of him. Every classmate I spoke to hated him lol

Aziz is a nice prof and all but his exams are brutal.

Just use old textbook to reinforce concepts from the slides. Should be fine.

Same, guy first on waitlist for Business Law came out of the class as I walked in and saw no seats. Felt bad for him because he was so close.

But I think it's BS about the overrides.. I'm first on waitlist for SE Asian Studies (last two spots were taken as I was registering) and prof said he could manually put me in. But then there were seats available in class, so YMMV.
