Melo is turning it up! I hope they can push into the playoffs and Linsanity comes back while Melo is on fire!

^ no Lin even if healthy won't come back, if he does he will play limited minutes.
The reason Melo is tearing it up now is because Knicks are letting him play to his strengths lately, triple threat iso's on the wings just inside the 3 point line and the reason Lin was doing so well is because at that time they were playing the pick 'n roll/pop game which was Lin's strength.

The two styles don't match and that's why both Melo and Lin struggled when they were playing in the same games.

Stoudemire is coming back soon, I really hope he bows out of the "it's my team" mentality even though he got to the Knicks before Melo, it would be best for the team to just let Melo assume the Alpha dog top scorer position, and Stoudemire can focus on defense and rebounding. And the times he feels like scoring, sure go ahead put Jeremy Lin in there run that sweet pick and roll game both Stoudemire AND Lin excel at so much.

They've tried pretty much everything else there is to try, nothing works except what they're doing right now.... and yea I'm calling that hot streak by Lin exactly that, a hot streak where everyone was on the same page for a while.

Well "Linsanity" might be over but he has left his mark on the NBA landscape already. He will come back and put up good (not great) numbers while winning with team basketball and a very humble demeanor (something that 99% of the rest of the NBA don't have) ... NBA is poisoned with all these "I already signed my contract with this team but now I don't like it here so even though I am legally binded here to play my heart out. I just wanna pout and whine until the management trade me to a better place"

The guy literally has the chance and opportunity to become a billionaire if he wants too and plays his business cards right. He is an economics guy from Harvard, I honestly see this guy becoming a billionaire by the time he is 40 most of his business being done in the Asian region.
He just needs to buck up and spend his 20's playing good ball to solidify his place even further before going off and building his brand up to epic proportions.

I see a Derrick Rose Adidas type deal for Lin very soon, Rose got paid 200mill+ for a lifetime Adidas deal, Lin is gonna get somethin like that real soon.

lol @ the collision, that wasn't that bad, their heads didn't butt...
just the other week I was sprinting full speed on an NBA sized court so I was fckin gunnin it, my friend in a complete defensive stance waiting for me exactly at halfcourt line, (lol he's a vicious defender, who the fck waits in full defensive stance at the halfcourt line for a guy goin full speed down court) so I'm losing the guy on my shoulder and I try to split them since I'm goin full speed figure it'll be a piece of cake....
nope! as I got there he reached in for the ball, then BAM head on head collision, I'm almost knocked out layin on the ground for a few mins, he had to get a couple of stitches to the eyebrow.... good times

growing up as a kid my brother collected majority of the Jordan, T-Mac, and some AI shoes but hardly ever wore them

funny thing is, my parents always thought that those shoes will be "passed" down to me so quite often I wasn't allowed to buy shoes.. then i finally saved up for my first pair, which were the T-Mac 3s!

i remember a year or 2 back I wanted to find it because there was a store that sold these old shoes.. i think they were reps.. not sure

but damn, seeing those shoes u posted brings back lots of memories :)
