hey guys. so my tv that i bought from openbox in november started acting up. like first it was the upper right corner taht started burning out and now my tv doesnt turn on. I talked to the guy before i bought the tv and he says i need the box of the TV for me to return it. Has anyone else experienced how openbox deals with returns or exchanges? |

If you're looking for refurbs or returned used TVs for a ridiculously good price that have no major problems (maybe some cosmetic) then this is the place to go. |

I bought two TV's and a sound bar from open box. Its been two years now, no problems. They get the thumbs up from me... I saved like $1000 buying from them. |
Yeap, I bought a reasonably high end sony model off them about 3 years ago now, in store it was $1350 bought it from them for $700 not one problem, great tv Posted via RS Mobile |

openboxco has been around for awhile so i give them some credibility... there have been other stores that do the same but don't hang around for long :( |
dont they just sell best buy/future shop returns,, etc |
I got a 32 inch LCD tv from openbox as a christmas gift a few years ago from the Surrey location, it had a weird dark spot in the middle of the screen. When we brought it back they were awesome I was given the choice of getting another 32 inch tv of same value + store credit or get a nicer tv I ended up getting a 42 inch Samsung LED tv that I have now had for a few years and still works great to this day I would buy something from them again for sure, the new smart tv's look pretty cool if the price is right I would consider buying one from them |
Bought a 42" 1080p viewsonic LCD about 3 years ago for $300. Still going strong, no issues. - Surrey Location Family got a 55" Sony LED 3D tv for $1000, under my recommendation to go there. Also in great condition with no issues. - Vancouver location They do have a 1 year in store warranty. If it messes up within the year they'll exchange it. I recommend them. |
Last year bought a 42" Sony LED TV from them. They helped me unpackage the TV and plug it in right there in the store to verify the condition. Zero problems till this day. We plan on buying our next TV there. |
for their cash/debit sale, do they still charge tax?(hoping not) |
Yes they do Posted via RS Mobile |
Would Openboxco still be cheaper than buying a TV online on Black Friday/Cyber Monday? |
