I find CoD 1, 2, 3 (WWII style) works better for smaller groups of players. CoD5 was just too many players per map for my liking.

Bestbuy has it on their website and I'm pretty sure FS would as well. Amazon.ca and Dell.ca at some point will probably have it. Only downfall is you gotta wait for shipping although sometimes they ship them a bit earlier and you receive it day of release or a couple after. If not then usually a week after release.
