It depends how much you really love collecting these collector items because you certainly can't look at this pair of night vision goggles being good. If you love collecting this stuff then the price tag is worth it I guess otherwise no. I rarely put out the money for collectors cause the items usually suck balls like the Halo Helmet. Only 2 times I've paid more is the GTA 4 since it was only $20 more I think and got a bag which I use all the time, safety deposit box which I thought was pretty cool and use all the time. As for the art book and shiet I can care less though. The other time I paid a bit more and got the Lancer Gun lol cause I thought it was pretty sweet to have.

Putting the single-player aspect aside, if they never incorporated the Exp. and leveling up system in the multiplayer modes, would this game be praised as high?

Sorry I don't see the fun in the multiplayer aspect since the actual gameplay is no different than any other shooters in the past.

no dissing here either but have you even played the game? I don't play mass amounts of FPS games but I love CoD MW, the bonuses for streaks and weapon customization/perk customization are sweet, and the challenges are quite a bit of fun. There's also a massive variety of games modes to choose from.

yeah, once i get to 65 or 55 i always go back, it is so fun maxing out guns and getting achievements

I wonder if they ditched the XP system for this one and created that Battlefield 2142 system where kills earn you points to unlock weapons. That would be more of a pain in the ass, but if the system is tiered, you can get your key weapons faster.
