That was some good coaching by Quenneville. Hawks are hitting hard on their zone. Our forecheck's gone soft.

We knew the Hawks would have a push back second period....The 3rd period will be interesting...I'm thinking the Canucks have to weather the storm the Hawks will bring in the first 5 mins.

I think we discussed this before. It's not shut down hockey. It's called the other team steps it up a notch or two. Good teams weather the storm and step up their play soon after. Momentum is so important. The Canucks will not play "shut down" hockey. The were guilty of this in the regular season on occasion - this is playoff hockey.
