Rypien has had some good fights against a lot bigger guys. So I don't see why he couldn't show up and give it too him. Sure his "hit" and I use that term loosly was weak at best but he actually showed some grit. Everyone else just skated away. It seems, and this is only me, like the entire team is on strict orders not to take any dumb penalties. But its got them scared they won't even respond. I know the Hawks have speed but a great way to counter act that is by finishing a check as they enter our zone. I'm talking set the tone early and keep it up. Make them be damn sure they know if they cut to the slot they are gonna get punished.
