I don't have a problem with Arnold running it, when you run 40,000km's you can have a few celebs run with it, olympics is a global thing and Arnold is good publicity

Anyone else hit up the Opening Ceremony dress rehearsal on Wednesday? All the performers were there too, so free live rock concert. :D

Guys, do NOT miss the opening on Friday. World class performance. This thing was AMAZING. Can't say too much but in terms of effects, it seems to be the best Opening Ceremony I've ever seen compared to previous Olympics.

i took a pic with the torch afterwards (no flames of course)...so it's $500 to keep them for the torchbearers?

Does anyone know how easy or how hard it was to be chosen and carry the olympic torch?

^ You have to have a written essay and go through an Interview process. For the interview process, you need to fly to Toronto. Then after all that, they'll decide if you make it.
