I saw a lot of police just standing around ...everywhere. In the mall, outside on Granville Street, watching street hockey. Here Gregor Robertson was playing hockey while the police looked on.

Hipster Fag's,i heard one of them say "uh,justin bieber's too popular,i dont like him".

I have a lot of national pride and is a big hockey lover and enjoyed watching the games on tv and such. Hell I was looking forward to it sooooo much.

But Something bad happened to me during that time (especially at the very last day of the Olympic games) so even though I'm so proud of the Olympics and the athletes and had chills and moments of pride throughout the event, it will always be tied to that bad thing. I can never look back at it in a positive light again. Right now I can't wait for this anniversary stuff to end.

The warehouse in Burnaby had the DVD set, but I didn't check if it was actually DVD or Bluray. This is the place that gives you free Olympic plushies and shit. I was there this past weekend. They had the DVD's on sale for $29.95, IIRC.

Give them a call. They only open Fridays through Sunday, but are there the other days.

not sure if this was posted before, but when i did volunteer training they showed us this video and it was pretty moving.

worth buying?
i read online and its mixed reviews, they didn't include some key moments

100% worth buying, bluray looks great and it captures all the best moments plus shows all canada hockey games in their entirety without the stuff in between/comercials
