What is that? I've never had a big mac

I did go to McDonalds on a regular basis (2-3 week) back in high school in late 90's early 2000's, and I remember always getting 2 quarter pounders and a McChicken for around $5, i think that went on for like 2 years and then they went back to their normal prices and I never really went back.

I do remember they tasted pretty good and very filling + great value.... I had a quarter pounder year and half ago in Montreal didn't taste the same as I remember it, I still havent had a McChicken since 2000 but that probably changed too since it's all white meat now

So first you can't comprehend a post in it's actual context, shit on it a bit for good measure, then insinuate the poster is stupid for coming into a thread asking a simple question in regards to the actual thread topic....
What's next, I shouldn't be going in car threads and asking what car parts are good ?

Your logic never fails to amaze me Skinny, you're the gotdamn Floyd motherfucking Mayweather of RevScene and you either don't know it, or you revel in it.... it's hilarious either way :smug:

Groot 07-06-2015 10:42 PM

sad part is a meal is not $5 no more lol could eat a bowl of pho and be full for cheap or about the same price. Though I still enjoy my mcdoubles/junior chicken/nuggets

You're asking people why they think a food item is good. They think it's good because they like it.

If you don't think it tastes good, that's fine.

Just don't order it. I think there's more to it though. You are pretending to not ever go to mcdonalds, and you get dragged there just to have this horrible experience, and tell people how they are enjoying something horrible. You got caught lying about not going to mcdonalds, and then changed your story to there being some good food there, just not the stuff people here like. Then you added that you used to go all the time, and it was good back then, and now it's not :fulloffuck:

Well I'm glad you know who I am I guess. I had no idea who you were until I read these posts. It has been pretty hilarious too! So I guess we amuse each other

punkwax 07-07-2015 07:11 AM

G-spec, if you're eating McDs sober, you're doing it wrong.

I typically only go after having a couple beer after hockey. :lol

Very few things beat a trip to Mcdonalds after a hockey game. I don't know what it is, but it makes me wonder why I ruin the exercise with Mcdonalds. Odd thing is that I don't normally go unless I'm in a bind and super hungry (usually just a McDouble).

But after hockey? Bacon McDouble like a mac x 2 large fries and a large coke is too good to pass up.

guurl 07-07-2015 12:41 PM

what i used to order: jr chicken OR mcdouble add filet patty & tartar sauce = $3

sounds like a deal to me :fuckyea:
been a while since i've had mcd though lol

I CAN'T WAIT FOR THIS!!! MCDONALDS BREAKFAST ALL DAY LONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quote:

The fast-food giant may roll out all-day breakfast as soon as October.

Well, that was fast: just months after it began testing an all-day breakfast menu in some markets in April, McDonald’s is eyeing October to roll out the option nationwide.

The Wall Street Journal has the details on a memo McDonald’s sent on Tuesday to all U.S. employees and franchisees that alerted them to be ready. The memo was sent by LeAnn Richards, a franchisee in Tucson who led a task-force studying the success of all-day breakfast. (The result: people love it.) McDonald’s began the testing in San Diego in April, then quickly expanded to 12 locations in Mississippi, then to stores in Nashville.

McDonald’s has been struggling for more than two years, with Q1 2015 earnings, down for the sixth consecutive quarter. That was in April, two months after it fired CEO Don Thompson. (The company’s financial woes were chronicled in a December 2014 Fortune cover story.)

Can egg McMuffins and orange juice buoy the food giant back to growth? It had better, since other efforts have not done the trick: McDonald’s franchisees, in a recent survey, said the turnaround isn’t working, leading one analyst to give the company the worst six-month outlook he had seen in 21 years. Thus, new CEO Steve Easterbrook is placing high hopes on the power of breakfast—for lunch and dinner.

Fuck the all day breakfast, how about all day everything else. I want a Fillet O Fish at 9 in the morning, but can't.

BTW, I go on line and print those coupons that give you free medium drink and fries when you buy a burger. The cheapest place to get Fillet O Fish is at the Commercial and Broadway location. FOF, med. drink and med. fries for 4 bucks.

Problem is, I'm in that area in the morning when they're serving breakfast.

McDonald's (http://mcdonalds-survey.ca)

All you need is a receipt, then you're good to go. I save coupon as pdf and print a few. It's good for two weeks.

When in the US, I do their survey, too. BOGO on quarter pounder or mcmuffin in the morning, but I haven't done it in a while 'cause Jack in the Box free Taco's for doing their survey is much better deal...... this isn't a Jack thread, sorry.

SkinnyPupp 07-24-2015 09:12 PM

Agreed.

I personally fucking hate fast food breakfast sandwiches, except white spot Sunny start variants some how whitespot gets the grease just right and the buns are puffy clouds of orgasmic in-between-ingredient holders.
