it actually was only 24 players when pc beta came out. 12 vs 12. but im glad they increased it to 16 vs 16 now.


oh and i remember reading or hearing that ppl that pre-ordered will get to keep their ingame name or get priority in keeping their name or something like that.





and according to the steam game page, its unlocked in 9 hours. i better be playing at around 10am, dont want a repeat of l4d2 release..

I'm pretty sure it's always been 16vs16. On the server list it would always be /32 and I think I remember seeing 16 when you hit tab ingame.

But 32 vs 32 would be awesome. Hopefully they'll patch that in the near future.

^ oh yea, my bad i remember always joining the 31/32 servers.

i guess i just got over excited when i heard 32 players thinking it was 32 vs 32. what the actually meant was they were comparing the console 24 player with the pc 32 player.

edit: just watched that mythbuster video, apparently u can sniper down people thats parachuting, i can imagine the defenders spawn killing the attackers while they're parachuting down lol.

a few things that i thought was stupid.

FIRST, to enter the "vip" code for unlocks, u have to enter all the alphabets in CAPITALS, ANDDDDD u need to include the - to get the code to work. WTF??? how STUPID is this?!
SECOND, all the stats r resetted, i thought it would stay with my gamertag from playing the demo, but i guess not.

Games ok, too complex for consoles IMO though. PC version will be the way to go so I might pick up a copy. Slightly OT, but any word on a BF3 release? Maybe I'll wait....
