is the ps3 demo different from the pc one?

just started playing the ps3 demo....seems a little rough on the edges...so i started playing MW2 some more :P

i just scored 6460 in one game.. was playing defense..

got up to the last base where i was protecting Comm A in the radio tower..
there was like 7 of us inside the building protecting the shit of site A and we manage to avoid all the grenades thrown, i was using an auto shotgun and i was killing guys left and right.. it was intense.. i just hit rank 6.. barely played the past couple of days

i still cant snipe for shit in this game

sniping is hard but its fun. Its easier on console for some reason, the sniper scope stays steady but the pc is always shaking. For long shots theres gravity involved so you actually have to aim a lot higher than usual

Sniping is really easy once you get Mortars or at least 4x zoom.

Mortar the shit out of sniper spots.
Pick off anyone else with the zoom. You'll get 12x zoom in no time.

I hit 8k one game on attack because I was spotting for people alot and had alot of explosives kills. Hit Q if you don't know how to spot. It shows an orange triangle on top of enemy positions.
It's easy to snipe when you "spot" them, because then you'll see people you didn't even know were there.

yaa, finally got the hang of sniping.. meh although im no ace, figure out the "gravity" affecting the bullet

but i havent used the spotting feature yet

lol did you guys know you can kill someone with a defibelator?

Awards still aren't calculated properly... a lot of times ill be short, anywhere from 100 points to a few thousand

Finally maxed everything out for the demo... I played this one 16vs16, while i was on the attackers side.. We owned them in literally 5 mins... Basically they whole team would rush one site at a time and try to back me up. I would then come in and plant c4 on the sites and boom.. done... The defenders were clueless.. So far Ive played 5 times where ive been the only one blowing up all stations... Lots of points... Recon is the easiest points grabber ever..

the game on the 360 is amazing, i love the sniping better than cod, this game is just WOW...

anyone know if u can do friendly fire in the full version cause i really wanna bring a house down on a friend without him knowing..

Looks like there's that option when looking for servers.. So it should be available with FF..
I didnt realize this until now but if you choose a specific gun for a specific solder sometimes their equiment gets mixed up.. For instance I was assault using the M4A1 i think and it came with C4 instead of 40mm grenades.

Nice I didnt know you could kill with a repair kit.

Just played a bit of the ps3 demo. Sniping is way easier in that because the crosshair doesn't move on you. But I suck at playing fps games on consoles so I think I'll have to stick with the pc version.

game is growing on me now....better than cod

Ive found a new trick with the sniper, fuck guns explosives is the way to go!

I just camp on rooftops and when a tank or crew of people go by I throw a c4 down and BOOOOOOOMMMMMMM! Motion sensor nades are the shit 2 lol

Ive racked up 7000k in one game just doing that lol
People get pissed off though and start calling me a c4 whore

^ yea lol, lotta ppl raging cause of "c4 spamming" as they call it. where they just c4 all the sites and shit instead of arming the thing.

lol.. I was defensive last night and decided to try to kill someone with the defibrillator.. Went up on the sniper hill and snuck up behind 2 snipers.. Killed the one and then went after the other. I made sure I waited a second just so the first guy would see his buddy get killed... lol

iv gotten soo many kills from point blank ranges because alot of people fail to time their attack when they try to knife me., the assault rifles are a joke, i get more kills from pistols in close range

the first BC, it was pretty addicting to knife ppl and collect their dog tags, id say its gonna be the same for BC2, i only got 7 dog tags but thats because its only a beta and i know it will reset back to zero

Is friends list working yet? I finally fixed the settings for BF and now is LAG FREE!
The only problem now is the server refresh is slow as FUCK.
