Another RS member was saying about how other forums stating US not caring about hockey, its not their sport, instead its baseball.
Man, that is such a sore loser....betcha if they won hockey, they would be rubbing it in our face.

Obviously US wants to win gold, who doesnt want 1st PLACE???
And if they won, they would have 1 more gold to their collection.

But at last, WE WON!! We are the Champions!!! :D

Gold = 1st place = winner

most medals = most top 3 finishes

I don't know about you but I'd rather take 1 gold over 15 bronze/silver medals.

Lol, on several forums I go to with more American members than Canadians, all they are doing now is saying how we barely beat them in our own sport and that when it comes to a real sport, NFL, they would dominate everything. And its funny how they try and justify that having more bronze and silver makes up for the lack of gold.

It will be very interesting to see how the Russians perform in Sochi. You can bet they've been hearing about their poor results from the entire country back home. There's a reason Ovie isn't real friendly with media right now. They're embarrassed and the timing couldn't be worse.
