its pretty good... i enjoyed it

I am trying to like this show, yet find the characters make too many dumb choices. I understand the plot is more interesting when mistakes happen, yet many of these seem forced so you know what is coming next.

i just dont want the brother or the asian to die, they seem cool

main character is cool too

This is a great show! Felt sad when they left Jim :(:( And sucks that the sister had to die before her birthday.

And yeah the bright white light at the end of the episode was lame lol. To bad there was only 6 episodes this season </3

I think that's how the comic played out and that's where she was suppose to die.

She dies in the first or second issue. I don't remember which. There's no mention of her birthday, if I remember correctly.

Personally, if you haven't read the comic...I think you'll be surprised at...



Unless they chose to change that for the TV show. I can see this taking on a very different direction from the comic because lots of the stuff that happens in the comic is way too fucked up for mainstream audiences.

God dammit. I wanna pick the comic up now. One more episode :(

im trying to force myself not to read ahead but with the season ending

so far im surprised at a lot of the differences some things the show does better some the comic as for where they are now after episode 5 it sucks they

i dont like it either. I think it's way too premature to introduce "cure"...it's more suitable for something to come in season 3 or something..especially if s1 is only 6 episodes.

i just downloaded 79 issues of the comic...this is going to ruin the series for me lol

If you read the article, it says that of the six episodes, none were written by the writing staff in the first place. Two were by non-staff writers, two by Darabont, one by Robert Kirkman (creator of the comic) and one by some other guy so looks like the writing staff was redundant.

They might also be moving toward using more of the source material in S2 so there's less need for a writing staff.

Not really. I've read all 79 and I still watch the series. Hell, I know what's going to happen and I'm still on the edge of my seat.
