with the T-Shirts for some reason i picture guys walking around with shirts saying:

i got ripped off by anthony espinosa and all i got was this lousy t-shirt and his picture on it. wonder if that would be slander

The landlord told me yesterday they were moving out today. I texted him to ask how it was going and haven't heard back yet.

Landlord just called. They are making excuses why they aren't able to move yet. Sunytha also told him I'm full of shit and they already gave my money back and her bank account is frozen because somebody deposited 11 million dollars into it.
