I'm tallying up all the money he's taken from people that have contacted me publicly or privately and in the last 8 months he has blown through $57K. $50K of it in the last 4 1/2 months.

Nechako87 12-14-2010 11:26 AM

Since this is a civil case, are you only eligible for compensation (i.e. the 40K) or is it possible for you to get more due to any hardship/loss due to his actions?

EDIT: actually if you don't want to answer this DrMike, I understand

OTG-ZR2 12-14-2010 11:31 AM

he needs to get bitch slapped with the long arm of the law

Yeah I can't answer that right now. I'll just say he had his chance to take the easy way out and give back the $40K. I really tried to give this guy a chance. He's just ignoring everything hoping it will go away like all the other people he scammed. He's trying to convince people this is all made up and I'm trying to ruin his shop's reputation.

Gotdang his girl is so manly looking, assfckin her could be considered gay sex...

Mike you should have just took a loss and sold this debt to someone affiliated who could actually get the money... You take a small loss get most of money back and you're done with it case closed lesson learned.
Canadian law is a joke, I had a traffic ticket it took almost a year to go to court this is gonna put a dent in your personal life.

Why do you think he's been getting away with this for so long, because all he's seeing is letters from the courts and prosecutors etc.... that doesn't shake him whatsoever, from looks of it nobody has put their hands on him so he been dodging and evading all this for so long he probably feels invincible. While you still can sell the debt take that loss and let someone who can get him deal with it, do you really wanna spend possibly years dragging this on in courts

A lot of people have told me to go that route. I'm assuming it's not legal right? lol. So somebody busts him up to get the money, he calls the cops, they get in trouble and then rat me out and I get in trouble, right? I doubt he'd call the cops though since he's a criminal himself.

If you were in his shoes, would you call the cops against someone who has 500+ people on his side, and x amount of people you've scammed- also on his side, against yourself with no solid base to stand on?

whoa, her "page" on the dirty has blown up, lol. I didn't know she had a sister, Anna, who also gets her boyfriends to scam people.

Time to get the attorney general involved and start the fraud case. Looks like it won' be too hard to get people to testify.

Just got my 3rd bill from the attorney. ffffuuuuuuuu

This bitch thinks she is better then everybody. She takes photos of herself in front of high end stores like Rolex/Chanel/LV etc. and she’s holding shopping bags from Macy’s & Abecrombie and Fitch. She thinks she is so ballin travelling to Las Vegas all the time, please bitch, a ticket cost $400 nothing to brag about. She has all these photos of tequila shots on her fb and says “that’s how I roll”, what are you trying to prove? that you can buy a round or two of the clubs cheapest drink? You don’t have the face and body of a goddess honey, so stop acting like it.
oooohhhhhhhhhhh shiittt

I just texted my graphic design buddy to see if he would help me with some designs.

I was thinking about using a company like cafepress.com. Is there a Canadian version that would help you guys out with cheaper shipping?

Let me know.

spyker 12-15-2010 02:08 PM

Mike there is the Canadian version called Cafepress.ca.
