The 240Z has it's own platform completely different from the Ferrari. Stop obsessing over the aesthetics as a "new car". If this was a new car, you would have mocked up your own platform to sit that 300ZX body on, meaning you design your own suspension and driveline systems.

No, it is NOT a new car. It is a body kit. It is still and ALWAYS WILL BE an NSX.
As for your design, I'm with the majority, the 300ZX looks better off without your kit.

A new car is like the Skyline lineage. If you look at the evolution of the Skyline, EACH incarnation of it not only had the body change, but the internal workings were all changed with each new body. Each Skyline (from the 1957 Original to the R35 today) ALL had a different design.
