It says "Last updated November 30, 2012 at 3:00 p.m.: BCIT has been advised by its unions that if there is no movement at the bargaining table over the weekend they will be withdrawing their services on Monday, December 3, 2012."

Does that mean the strike will happen on Monday if there is no movement at the bargaining table? Not sure what "withdrawing their services" mean
