You guys all have season passes for cypress? Daily lift tickets are so expensive =/

i bought a Silver Pass for next season, so right now i get 40% off until mar. 28, then i get to ride for free until the mountain melts.

before that i used a gold medal card, so 20%+night time riding made things bearable.

Hmm, Jan & Feb weekends are a big part of when I board though.

Was at Whistler this weekend. Got ~3rd tracks at Harmony Bowl. Pow ranged from knee to waist deep. Fracking AMAZING. Best day of riding that I've had in a long, long time. Makes me want to buy a dedicated pow board. I sunk quite a bit.

yeah, so 40% off on those weekends with the silver pass is a pretty good deal i would think.

i only ride nights due to 9-5 work so thats why i bought it. other people's needs will vary, of course, but they do have discounts attached to the passes.

oh, the 19th is this coming saturday?

hahaha you'd better be there mister. THIS Saturday is Cypress and SUNDAY is the meet.

So to do the list again, who's all planning to ride sat? If you want we can do a meet. Because I know I can't ride with the black diamonders, generally what me and my boys do is ride up the chair and sometimes they come on the same run as me and do jumps or trees or we just meet at the bottom. We can do this if everyone wants, kinda gauge everyone's level too. I'll stick to greens/blues that aren't steep.. Although if there's a lot of powder than I do try and push myself.

This weather system is sure FUCT, but at least having friends in the right places helps out huge

When I went in January it was very icy. But under normal conditions its probably not that bad and for sure doable.

Hey Vangruver, are you going to be up at Cypress with the others on Saturday? If so, I'd love to come up and learn a few things off of you.:)
