All the PBs I've swapped had the sunken power button except for the last one, which had a 020511 date on the box. All the other ones were xx0311 or xx0411.

Sticker on the side on the box where the UPC code is.

The Source has the charging pod for $17 in-store only. Best to call around for stock.

If you're still running the stock OS, make sure you update to V1.08. WiFi is noticeably better and pages with Flash load more quickly.

my power button is straight sunked and feels like its jammed takes 3-4 tries to actually turn it on unless i push it with my nail

with my case on it took 10+ tries before the button would work

Now I'm not so sure that I want to order one straight from RIM

It's that kinda shit that would drive me crazy, and want to exchange it straight away.

i think u would have a better chance at getting a good one if u ordered it through blackberry and obviously if there was something wrong just send it back....

I don't know if RIM charges for open box returns. Better to order elsewhere I think.

It tells you to charge it while you are updating. Just try to keep it charged for a few hours to see if it is charging. Chances are the battery is just completely drained.
