i've dealt with this guy before and has towed many cars for me even my own when i needed it. he's a good guy working hard to earn money. i'm pretty sure when the guys called him he probably believed it and asked no questions. so I don't think it was on purpose but more taken advantage of and he didn't think the wiser. stupid move to believe such crooks but he only means well.

also from the cars i've had towed, don't be surprised that your bumper or any lower part of your car is in good shape as he's also not tooo careful when dealing with low cars.

how about you just take the fails like a man and not fail the person back for pointing it out?

Wow thats awesome that you got a suspect and the tow truck...This being said your car is most likely long gone or parted or dismantled.. If your dealing with crooks such as these they will get rid of the evidence ASAP especially now that the black guy got caught and the heat is on.

Lets just hope they went for a nice joy ride and ditched the car somewhere for you to find eventually. Lets hope! Regardless i hope you take this situation by its balls and do everything you can to fuck over who ever did this. Goodluck!

Chances are, Craigslist or a referral of some kind. There are many tow truck/independent operators who list their services on Craigslist. Whether they have an official license to operate and whatnot is a different story. While we don't know the original motive or intentions of the tow truck driver, it would be quite the unfortunate situation to be in for somebody who is assumed to be hard working and honest.
