When you see the tow truck driver in the court room, ask him how he felt when he popped the hood and realized it wasn't a real R34 :troll:

If he did it or not, that's not for me to say... everyone is entitled to their own opinions.

ICBC feels thou, there is enough evidence to have him accountable for his actions, being in his "professional position".

There probably wont be updates on this for a few months, except sometime soon when I serve him my own Court documents for small claims. Video recorded... in HD.

* mistake number 1 - This happened on January 2nd, at 2:30am.

Claiming you were celebrating New Years Eve and watching TV with family, then deciding to answer some calls, getting particulars at 9pm, then leaving after midnight.... this would make it January 1st 2:30am.... Big hole in your cover story Brah.... Get the Days right.

* 2 - I went to pick up an Old 1989 Nissan Skyline .......... I dont know why they are talking about an exorbitant amount of money, I dont think its worth more than $800.00 ( blue book value)

Does my car look like an 1989 Nissan Skyline? does it look OLD? does it look WORTH $800?

*3 - his original statements which he now claims he got some answers that contradicts himself, is, now involving another towing company. his first stated, which I mentioned before is, he got a phone call, went to the vehicle, realized there was no keys and a way in, then called that number back, and asked why, he said he just moved and lost the keys, so he towed it without verifying ownership or asking for ID. Now his story is, Horizon towing called him 2 days before, and he towed it to an address a day before it really happened... Hmmmmm...

That's horrendous English for a formal statement.

Why anyone would want the car in the first place is beyond me - is it a collectors' item?

Actually, it does make a legal difference. If the business is registered as "Limited", that's what has to be written, not "Ltd". I didn't find out about that until my Chartered Accountant told me that was the law because I wrote a cheque to him with Ltd instead of Limited.
