BB costs at least $30 to ship :okay:, only cheap option would be if you shipped to point roberts. More or less though, its almost the same price including shipping, taking about 2 weeks

but if you order lots from bb it ends up being like max 50 yes that is steep but if u take the 10 percent off code and use it towards shipping its not 2 bad and there prices are great, shipping for me was only 8 days not bad

I have the myofusion probiotic, it works for sure. Its a lot thicker bcz of the probiotic and personally I dont like it. The flavour (milk chocolate) tastes different than the hydrowhey myofusion. Doesnt taste very good 8/10 rating. I am goin to go back to myofusion hydrowhey bcz I dont need the probiotics!

I will nvr pick ON. Its overpriced, it doesnt contain any vitamins or anythin much as compared to Myofusion Probiotics. People go for ON because of the taste, they do have lots of flavours and most flavours taste good but ofc the flavour tastes good if there isnt any vitamins,etc in it. Myofusion all the way, better quality ingredients!

Theres 15% on the Probiotics on bb btw!

how do you ship to point roberts? I nvr understand how the system works, shipping to the postal office near the border.

will have to give the assault a few more goes before i can really comment, but i did a half scoop (1 serving) and it seemed alright. superpump max (1 serving) seems to give me more "LETS FUCKING DO TIHS" than the assault does.

I just finished my workout, had half a scoop of assault. It seems pretty good, but I think white flood is at least as good. I'll have to try it a few times first. WF definitely gives more pump, but that is pretty much irrelevant

use half a scoop for first time users or caffeine sensitive people

if you do take too much it wont be as bad as taking too much of 1mr and razor 8 that have alot of stims and caffeine

1 full scoop of assault is money

white flood is just as good but no creatine and bcaas ive always liked assault better but white flood is good for price and etc nothing wrong wit it at all

Yeah, I don't want to take too much caffiene. Assault has about 300mg per full scoop, where WF has about 150 or so.

true but whiteflood youll probly end up taking 2 scoops later on, but i did go through a 20 serving using 1scoop a couple years ago obviously now the formulas better wit `pump nitrates`

Any simple sugar will do. An easy way is to take some corn flakes and pound them into a powder and mix that into a protein shake.

and i still swear by it for my shoulder pain. if simply throwing $25 in the garbage every month makes my shoulders stop hurting, id do that too.

All fish oil are not the same due to concentration and content.

I recommend just taking Omega 3 since we get enough of 6 & 9 from diet.

Currently taking Jamieson Omega-3 Select due to higher concentration of active ingredient per capsule.

I use 5-HTP regularly, it's my favourite supplement of all. Well I like Phenibut too, but yo can't use that more than twice a week
