Does it cost money to unstitch? I'll probably get one so I can get an Edler jersey.

Vancouver Canucks Premier NHL Jersey New | eBay

If only they had mediums :okay:

I was actually checking out this listing a few days ago. Only thing holding me back from placing an order is the "RBK" tags.. From what I remembered the jock tag on the bottom left of the premier jerseys spelt out "REEBOK". Same with the tag on the collar. At first I thought maybe this was just how the newer premiers were made (the ones with the REEBOK word mark) but according to the pics that the seller posted, this jersey still had vector logo on the back. Anyone know if this variation of the older premiers ever existed?

These are pics of my older premier with the vector.

The listing I posted is selling legit/authentic premier jersey.

Last year they had the vector logo which is the logo on the back from your Kesler jersey

This year they changed the back logo to "REEBOK" wording.

So to answer your question, yes vector jerseys did exist. Pull the trigger on those jerseys. Its an absolute STEAL to get it for that price.

If you want it unstitch by a professional it'll cost you.

But you could buy this exacto knife and unstitch yourself. There's tutorials online to unstitch a jersey.

Using an exacto knife sounds pretty sketchy... When I stripped a triple stitched Anaheim Ducks jersey, I used a stitch ripper. If you've never done it before, use it ON TOP of the twill number, so you don't damage the jersey. The nameplate was a little tougher (black thread on a black jersey), but what I did was cut one stitch on one side of the nameplate (on the inside of the jersey), and then instead of cutting the next zig (or zag, whatever), I used the stitch ripper to pull it through, and kept going until I got to the end of that side. Do it for all four sides, and the nameplate will come right off. If you strip numbers, you'll either have to use something like "Goof Off", or give it a wash to get the adhesive off of the jersey from the back of the twill numbers. Just be sure to put the "Goof Off" on a rag and then blot it on the jersey, but do it sparingly, as it could make the color bleed.

My bad, I didn't mean exacto knife exacto knife, I meant a 'special' scalpel blade. Here's the tutorial I was talking about:

I know the pain of buying named jerseys....or jerseys in general...ahaha

I have horrible luck

Bure Skate - Traded 2 months after
Blank old orca style 3rd jersey - changed style
Jovo Old Orca Style - Signed UFA 1 month later
Linden old Orca Style - Changed color style (I don't care though as this is signed and now framed)

I was just about to get Hodgson...was going to get it done next week

I have bad luck....so no more names ahha

Does the stitching cost at PCC or The Hockey Shop include the numbers and name plates? Or are those extra?
