It's a good price considering it isn't sold anywhere in stores

And uh..that isn't a Canucks away jersey

TheKingdom2000 04-09-2012 08:09 PM

aren't the white jersey's away jerseys?
Don't we use the blue jerseys for home games?

Or are the white jerseys called home jerseys which we use for away games?

Any 40th jersey sold last year at the Canucks store has that. Guy at the store told me last year and I bought mine prior to playoffs and it.

How do you clean the beer off?

I am looking at getting a blank Premier Canucks jersey. Are the prices typically set the same around all stores? I don't expect that there will be any sales on now during playoffs.

UFO 04-11-2012 07:38 PM

Sportchek was 25% off all their jersies, no exception to team. This was still on over the weekend.

Retail price around stores is around 125+tax

TL604 04-11-2012 08:44 PM

RMS on Ebay got blanks home orca for 109 + tax

InvisibleSoul 04-12-2012 11:52 AM

I still have a brand new medium and large blue home Orca for $100 if anyone is interested.

Anybody want to sell me their 40th anniversary jersey? Size M, preferably from the Canucks store?....

if you were to order off the nhl store, do they stitch the name and numbers well?

AFAIK, people that have ordered name jerseys from ShopNHL got their jerseys heatpressed [meaning not stitched]:

^ thanks for the info, I guess it's better to buy the jersey in store then. btw, do you know what this means then "sports-stitch twill heat pressed" does it mean it's stitched and heat pressed? that's what it says on the nhl store

I'm %99 sure that means it's single layer twill dyed to look like it's three layers with fake (printed on) stitching, which is then heatpressed to the jersey. IIRC the player jerseys that come directly from Reebok are done this way, if the team uses more than one layer on their jerseys.

I have a Crosby Jersey I ordered from IceJerseys before
the stitching is beautiful

Jersey Customization

van19 04-14-2012 07:04 PM

Is there anywhere else to get a jersey customized other than PCC ? Preferably Richmond or somewhere closer. Thanks

Don't think anyone in Richmond does it in-house if that's what you're looking for. Places like Cyclones and Jersey City will do cresting but they send it out to get done.

As for an update for the 40th patches, I asked my contact with the team and she has no idea what why there's a difference between the patches. She doesn't have any patches left either but said it's highly unlikely that National Emblem would start selling patches to others.

Mike Oxbig 04-14-2012 07:16 PM

Like i said A and B

the ones u see on the authentic jerseys or the ones sold earlier when the jersey first just dropped werent by national emblem. National emblem dont make soggy patches. All national emblem have a smooth wax on the back.

mickz 04-14-2012 11:59 PM

I'm told they were all made by National Emblem by someone who works for the team. She orders the team's on-ice jerseys.

van19 04-15-2012 12:05 AM

Do you know the price at Cyclone Taylor/Jersey City ?
