saw that gtafitti today. its vandalism...may have been done with good intentions but doing it over other ppl's is retarded. however it wouldnt be illegal...just disrespectful as fuck. pathetic really. stupid attention whores always need to shine. fuck so damn annoyed at this city.

It's graffiti/vandalism, from the video on CTV news, it looks like the person who did this also tagged a bunch of other buildings and also filled in spaces in the letters he sprayed covering up all the messages written by others.
