To anybody who thinks a top 10 pick not making the big leagues is the fault of the captain, or any other player on the team, really? It's the management/coaches/minors that develop the kids.
Not to mention CBJ have had a number of promising young goalie prospects who had a good year or stretches of a decent year, then rode them and broke them or shipped them off to get abused before they were ready for the big time.
You don't often get a big body, speed, power, brains, and great hands in one package. I'm a huge Nash fan. Does he deserve 7.8M? I don't think his market value is far off; sure there are some players who make less and provide more but you can argue they are underpaid, there are also players who are paid much more than they are worth so once again it can go both ways.

Mark has lost some weight.......... his ending to O' Canada still sucks. The jumping to the octave + fifth from last year's playoffs is still his best ending. LOL
