Both Quincey and Downie are RFAs.

Det paid 1st for Quincey is they drafted him and insurance in case Lidstrom retires or Stuart go "Ehrhoff" on them.

Kinda glad that we have Ballard and not really dump him. Seems like defencemans are getting more and more expensive. I wonder what Bryan Allen is going to fetch.
