Invites are down. The invite links are no longer on my page.

Invites are down because they're open to anyone with a google accoount!

Haven't really been using it when I got an invite a few days ago. But now that anyone with a google account can make one I can finally try out the social networking aspect now lol

But if you mean to notify them about Google+ all you have to do is go to your Circles and then "Find and Invite" and add new person

I created a circle called RS (so you can kind of restrict the people you actually want to share stuff with). Go into the Circle and click on the Add to RS (or whatever you called your group) and enter in the email addresses of people you want to add. Once you've added all the people you want, then just share a message and then everyone you put in that circle will get an e-mail where they can join. (if registrations are open of course)
