Curious, is the hype over Google+ actually well deserved?
How is it compared to facebook? Details please.

to me its pretty much the same. although its still in the early stages, i think the layout needs an overhaul.

Yeah, tell me about it. It feels like a ghost town in G+. I got about 50 friends and I can't post to any of their "walls" and vice versa. I give it another 6 months before it starts becoming an actual threat to facebook in terms of capabilities. Right now it's more similar to twitter than it is to fb IMO. I do like its fresh, clean look though, I'll give it that.

Anyone who wants an invite , please PM me your email address . I will not be checking this thread from time to time to find people's email .

Is there a way to search all your Google contacts or Hotmail contacts to see who has Google+? Similar to Facebook where you can add friends who are using FB (well send a request) to all your hotmail contacts who have FB but you don't know of.

Click on circles, then find and invite and find friends Yahoo|Hotmail. You're Gmail contacts will show up automatically
