How come no one is talking about the Whitecaps ??!! They seem to be on track to do something pretty 'historic', they beat Messi's team 2x recently and are in the finals of some alphabet soup Cup ... Concacaf Champion Cup.
Where is everyone who is into FOOOOOTIE, stadium chants, and all around cray cray fandom.

It depends on what kind of Chinese person you are. I'm CBC so I played ice hockey as a young person. Left wing and defenceman.
-still play basketball and badminton.
Oh badminton. A popular sport among Chinese people in Greater Vancouver.
Plenty of badminton courts in Ricemond.
As for watching sports, I watch NHL, NBA, NFL, CFL, tennis, and Formula 1.
NFL or CFL is the real football haha. Soccer? Meh. Go Whitecaps?
Who paid top dollar to watch the Whitecaps beat Messi and his Miami teammates last week?
Some lower bowl tickets at BC Place were being sold for between 350 to 370 bucks per ticket when news broke that Messi would play the match.

So im at the lexus dealership this morning and I see this gewilo roll up with a e30 M3. I instantly jump out of my seat and go talk to him. Such a beautiful car and also very refreshing to see a nice white guy driving a classic bimmer. Really nice guy, and his wife was dropping off a LX with the old school v8. Well done!!
And yes before you ask, everything is stock and beautiful. God damn I told him not to drive it in richmond and preserve it, but he's like YOLO.

I've been slammed with work and home stuff lately, so I didn't have the chance to properly watch any of it beyond keeping tabs on the scores. But it is exciting to see that we have a run at the CONCACAF Champions Cup!

I got back yesterday from Japan, still trying to go through the posts. How do 5 guys on an internet forum generate hundreds of posts is beyond me.
