What in the fuck…
Usually when I go to Canucks games I always park in the same lot at Beatty and pender. 10 years ago it used to be $15 on game days, last year it was $22 or $25 or somthing
Went to the game tonight.. $33 fucking dollars till 6am, $55 for 24 hours
Fucj you impark you gross fucks.. it’s now 100% cheaper for me to Uber to and from the game than park there.

Was listening to Nat and Drew on Move this morning. They were chuckling about Celine Dion not being on the Rolling Stones' 200 All Time Greatest Singers List. LOL, Celine screams, not sing. Artists I've never heard of and some I genuinely always wanted to know more about. I just get Siri to play some of their music on the Home Pod Mini. Totally designed to get you interested or pissed off, gulolol................

I started at 200 and see rosalia at number 200 and I knew right away this list was just complete bs 
I like some of her music, but she's not even top 200 Spanish singers let alone all time

I think the Rolling Stones list is pretty solid. Glad to see a bunch of international artists like
Lata Mangeshkar at 84. With a list like this you can't make everyone happy.

Parking management services like Impark and Diamond may suggest prices and program the meters but the owner of the lot ultimately has the final say on pricing

I think Impark and other places like WestPark aren’t enforcing parking anymore like they used to. My downtown building used to have this troll that comes by and hands out tickets. Since I’m too lazy to put up the tag on my Camry, he would occasionally give me a ticket and then I just email them with my tenant code and force them to waive it.
Ever since the pandemic that dude is nowhere to be seen. I think they aren’t hiring those positions anymore or basically downgraded them so much they only a few select lots have enforcement. I’m always curious as to how many people would even pay those tickets as even if it goes to collections people wouldn’t pay.

^I thought most private parking lots are patrolled by guys in cars that have licence plate readers now. They just drive in and out of lots and scan the plates and then hand out tickets if there are any discrepencies.
They can be in and out literally in seconds

Like they ain't gonna really spend time patrolling a small lot with a few cars as it's not lucrative for the patroller. Eg. Can go to downtown Costco lot, can make a killing with tickets in one go LOL.
It's cheaper to change your plates than pay these tickets.

FWIW, my work uses Indigo parking.
I started at this current job about 2 months ago and while the receptionist gave me the approval to use the parking lot. I realized I never actually gave her my plates yet.
I've been parking at the lot everyday for work just to see if I'm going to get a ticket. (I know I'll get reimbursed anyway if it happens)). But so far... no tickets yet.
Also last month, I paid at Impark, and they still gave me a ticket. I was able to dispute it easily, but I guess the system has technical glitches?
