Lol I've started countless threads on topic similar to his over the course of the past eight years. Lol. Mods dont change. They get replaced... eventually by, hopefully, less egotistical and more of a community serving mind set. And by that I mean they see themselves as equal to the user.

The best way is when they're recruiting to replace or expand, you really push the people that care to apply and support their effort. Too many mods have that "new cop" syndrome. Walk around with their imaginary big cocks swinging and their guns drawn ready to tackle anyone that slips.

Winning hearts gets you a lot further than ruling with fear and an iron fist. That means a lot coming from me.

Btw that wasn't an attack on skinny. He's done a lot for the site in the past few years. Lol the only thing I really disagree on is the fail button and the lack of one in certain users.

Funny thing is that people care so much about fails. Thanks I understand, cause it's like good karma or rep points or what not. I think it means something kinda like you're a member of this community that carries his own weight. Fails though? People give them out so randomly, it's hard to care.
