of course train legs...who care's what girl's think...its the worse lifting 100 pounds & feeling your knees wanting to bust...happen to me before...Trained back deadlifting,arms bench pressing.....was almost shit out luck packing stuff in the house feeling it in my legs.....fuckin brick armchair!
Hey don't hate the baguette. Crumbs are worth the sacrifice if you want to look lean and shredded, you have to have what I'm having. As gerbs said bread and lettuce, but don't forget the shrimp, the whey, and multi vitamins! All natural baby, all natural. Need to cut some more.
