And nick, i don't mind lack of protein absorption. I've not been having enough protein lately anyways. I'm just trying to get through a day of work. But I have today-Monday off work so i can take it easy and rest.... Ignoring the fact that I'm at the gym as we speak

probably should work on ur form on the rows not an expert but you should straight out ur back and flatten ur feet it look like ur just humping the bar.... no offence (t bar is one of my favs exercise so yeah)
