Thought I was having a good Tri workout tonight. Then some monster I've never seen before comes into the gym (I work out in the daytime so I don't see the guys who come at night) Warms up on flat bench with 45 45 close grip bench. Finished off with 45 45 25 with his sets. Then goes and does 60lb one arm behind the head tri extensions. THEN goes and does skull crushers with 45 45.
He was fucking thick. I would never want to look like that though... strong man type power lifter body. Not my cup O' Tea.
got a weird phone call today at 7 from an unknown caller, some woman claiming she worked at reflex and she told me they wer havin a crazy sale like two 5lb myofusions for $60, and she asked for my name and shes like ohh i see youve bought: and said all the things ive bougjt frim there recently so ithought it was legit so i was like might as well go for the myofusions so i hung up, called back w my home phone reflexs number asked them what tine they were open until they said 8 so i went off to walk to reflex, i got there around 7:30 and i told the lady about the sale, she was surprised andcalled her manager and told him and she said that its not true and she felt bad for me coming this long way, so she gave me: 10lbs Isomass Xtreme Gainer (retail 89.95), 9 sample packs of myofusion, 2 sample packs of dymatize protein, 2 sample packs of real mass weight gainer, 2 protein bars, a MP banana protein shot, 2 sample packs of ON hydro whey, two 155g SuperPump Max 10 servings each (retail 23.95 each) a reflex shirt, and a reflex shaker cup and 2 magazines, all for $68 =D, also yesterday i picked up 280g, 35 servings of 1mr from popeyes for $56 Posted via RS Mobile

turns out it was 3 of my friends pranking me... i was txting 1 of them about it too telling him about the sale and i was like telling them im walking there rite now.. at least i got a bunch of free stuff tho so i actually thanked them for it after Posted via RS Mobile
