YEah my pants are getting like that too. Loose in the waist, tight around the butt and thighs. Makes me wonder if womens pants would fit better

Yeah honestly imo, clothing brands should really design more clothing for people that work out/buff people. I'm finding thigh/calf area for jeans is a problem. Another problem is the shoulder to waist ratio. People that do alot of upper body work will have a hard time finding a right fit. You either downsize and get a super tight shoulder area, or you upsize, and the waist is way too loose. Think about it, there aren't many brands out there that cater to really athletic/muscular shaped builds. Its disappointing for those of us who workout...

that's why you wear 3 sizes larger for your jeans to make sure it fits

Most of the t-shirts I wear are pretty loose fitting, due to having a gut for so long

I don't plan on wearing manslut shirts as I lean out, but I do look forward to wearing some that at least look good... My favourite shirt of all fits horribly though. It's an XL from Japan, and is super loose around the belly and super tight at top... looks kind of ridiculous

I hope my THE REEM shirt fits well when it arrives

Order was just shipped today. Apparently they were flooded with orders after Overeem's win, and they have ONE GUY doing the shirts, and he was swamped.

Actually, they shipped the shirt without actually accepting my paypal. If it stays like this, I'll have to email him. I bought the shirt to help donate to Red Cross Japan, and I also want to make sure THE REEM gets some $ too

Wasn't interested in buying MMA shirts 2 years ago, nor am I now really. This doesn't have a huge MMA brand logo on it, which is why I am letting myself buy it.

Thanks for telling me what I can and can't do

I HATE this about buying new clothes. Pretty much walk into clothing store, find nice clothes I want to buy and BAM all of them are "Slim Fit" in different slim fit sizes

I got shoulders and legs you bastards not twigs!!

They have the relaxed fit for denim. Way too loose though

BTW if you want to use oats in your drinks, just use oat flour instead of whole oats. Same stuff, just ground up into a powder. It still won't dissolve, but at least it will be drinkable instead of feeling like you are swallowing vomit.

I actually grind oats up and drink them. Just not sure when would be a good time during the day. Morning/preworkout/postworkout/snack/before bed?

when carbs come most in handy, pre workout and post workout, but it's good to have carbs throughout the day when you're upping your calories

Honestly, if you're buying quality clothing, it's not a tremendous extra investment to have things tailored a bit.

It's food.. eat it whenever it fits into your diet plan

When is a good time to eat eggs? When is a good time to have a sandwich? A steak? Some asparagus?

See, it doesn't make sense when you think of it that way.

The steel cut oats settle right away when I try and drink it. Now using a spoon and eating it...can't fucking do it. Way too hard, and my mouth is sore.
